Summary Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while helping to drive store sales goals. They engage customers, begin to build client relationships, and support store initiatives and technology-enabled selling tools. Responsibilities Drive daily business and achieve individual and team sales targets. Prioritize the customer in all interactions and deliver a consistent, brand-aligned experience. Participate in team training and support store and company initiatives. Utilize omnichannel tools and digital solutions to broaden purchasing paths and product discovery (e.g., Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, ship to home, QR codes). Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management on opportunities. Maintain sales floor presentation and store standards at all times. Requirements Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and move around the sales floor for multiple hours. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks. Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and potential travel.
