Insight Global is seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to support our Trench Safety division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and delivering tailored equipment and safety solutions to clients across your assigned territory.\nThis is a dynamic, field-based position ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer partnerships in the construction and industrial sectors.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSales & Business Development\n•\tDevelop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to grow market share and meet or exceed revenue targets\n•\tIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and in-person client visits\n•\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, project managers, and other key decision-makers\n•\tExpand existing accounts by identifying additional needs and promoting Sunbelt Rentals’ full range of solutions\nSolution Selling & Customer Support\n•\tAssess customer needs and recommend appropriate trench safety and equipment solutions\n•\tReview project plans, blueprints, and technical documents to develop accurate proposals and bid packages\n•\tCollaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure solutions meet safety and performance standards\n•\tPromote safety training services and ensure customers are aligned with industry and company safety guidelines\nTerritory & Pipeline Management\n•\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities within CRM\n•\tMonitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies\n•\tManage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously while ensuring timely follow-up and execution\nCross-Functional Collaboration\n•\tPartner with internal teams, including operations, engineering, and accounts receivable, to ensure successful project delivery\n•\tWork collaboratively with other sales representatives to share leads, conduct joint calls, and promote integrated solutions\n•\tAssist with collections and account management to maintain strong customer relationships
